I’m a 69 year old with $400K in a Vanguard date-based retirement fund which is invested in US and international stocks and bonds, and 10% in short term funds. Decent social security due to decades of working. About $800K of equity in the house with only $200K left to pay off. The thing is, I feel like we’re heading towards a financial crisis.
