Alguém mais acha que o mercado de ações é apenas uma aposta gigante neste momento?

Isn't this whole investing game starting to feel like a bit of a scam? Look at what happened yesterday and today. Markets move massively, seemingly without any real meaning or connection to fundamentals. One headline, one comment from someone influential, one piece of news, and suddenly billions in market value disappear or are created. And then I think about how we're supposed to rely on this system to fund our entire retirement and financial future. It feels like we're putting our life savings into a game driven by hype, sentiment, speculation and narratives rather than actual economic fundamentals. The stock market doesn't even seem particularly correlated with what's happening in the real economy sometimes. At the end of the day, it's just numbers on a screen, and the whole thing feels like it could turn upside down tomorrow because of some random announcement or geopolitical development. I understand the argument for long-term investing, diversification and staying the course. But sometimes I genuinely wonder whether we're all just participating in a giant game of speculation and hoping that the music doesn't stop during our lifetime. Does anyone else occasionally feel this way? Or am I missing something fundamental about how this system actually works? -Staff9562
