Correction / Update: I was mistaken, this was my mistake, not NeoxEX's

I want to sincerely apologize for my previous post accusing NeoxEX (Neoxa.exchange) of being a scam. After looking into what happened, I realized that I had accidentally sent my BTC to the wrong address (Saved in my Bybit, instead of Neoxa). The issue was entirely on my end, it was not a problem with the exchange.
