Hi all, My Binance account was opened recently (after Binance France SAS got its PSAN registration). Per their Terms, my "base" account (spot) appears to be under Binance France SAS. But digging into the official Terms page, some products — including Simple Earn — are listed as operated by a separate entity, Nest Services Limited / Nest Exchange Limited, based in Abu Dhabi under an ADGM license, not Binance France SAS.
