Found Old 401k Money $5k. Looking for Advice

I am 33 years old. Salary is $125,000 and I contribute 10% to my Roth 401k with an additional 5% from my employer mostly in a Russell 3000 account (expense ratio is low). I also max out my Roth IRA and have it 100% invested in SWPPX. 401k is at $140,000 Roth IRA is at $14,000. I’m newer to investing and just started taking it seriously about 2 years ago. I feel like I’m doing okay at the moment in my main accounts. Recently, I thought about a couple places that I worked at for a smaller amount of time and realized I have a little over $5,000 that has been shifted to a Traditional IRA in my name. I have had a Tradition IRA with my bank but the balance is $0. Both of these “found” IRAs are in the process of being rolled over into my bank now. My question is what should I do with this money? Part of me wants to load into 2-3 tickers with huge potential upsides and just gamble the $5k on companies like TMC, Aduro, etc. The other part of me thinks putting it in a S&P ETF with a low expense ratio and leaving it untouched for 30 years or so would be the correct move. Would love to hear thoughts on this.
