Kimberly-Clark Acquires Kenvue. Here’s What Investors Need to Know Ahead of Its Nov. 5 Earnings Report.

On Monday, one of the largest acquisitions of 2026 closed, almost one year to the day after it was first announced. This is Kimberly-Clark's (NASDAQ:KMB) purchase of consumer healthcare company Kenvue. The two companies said in their original announcement that Kenvue's enterprise value was a cool $48.7 billion or so. Let's explore what that means for that company's stockholders, particularly since we're days away from its third-quarter earnings release. Image source: Getty Images.
