Why? Because simply a Dictator in your country would instantly steal all public money without a trace so it's the people themselves that will reject such a currency. Ironically the late stage libertarians who pretend to want that kind of thing will be the FIRST to reject it because they wouldn't want their government to have the power to steal public money. Hell you don't even have to have a Dictatorship scenario for that danger to be realized. Even TYPICAL corruption we have every single day in every single country - including in the West - makes it unacceptable to give to its officials ultimate power to instantly disappear the public's money. Even if you want pure anarchy it's sketchy, because how are you going to achieve democratic anarchy when you'll hand over the power for someone to abuse without any trace?
