Sent SOL directly from an exchange to my Polymarket Solana deposit address. Transaction confirmed on-chain, but Polymarket showed "Deposit failed, please try again later" and my balance stayed at $0. Contacted support and got directed to their recovery portal at recovery.poly.market — but the tool only covers EVM chains (Ethereum, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, etc.).
