Textron (NYSE:TXT) shares soared 13% through 10:50 a.m. ET Thursday after crushing earnings this morning. Heading into Textron's Q3 report, analysts expected the aerospace and defense company to earn only $1.43 per share on a bit less than $3.8 billion in sales.
