I freed up $80k because I will most likely need it in 12 months. I put it in FNSXX mutual fund. Is this a better option

I’m hoping to use this towards a down payment on a house. I understand the housing market is wacky right now. I’m waiting to see what unfolds over the next. 8-12 months. But in the mean time, I wanted to take money out of the market and put it somewhere liquid and safe but still generate some return. What are your thoughts? Thanks all and good luck out there.
