Zoom processes millions of hours of business conversations, meetings, and presentations, which historically have never been captured or utitlized formally in an enterprise setting, that serve as ideal context for LLM's to consume and power agentic business outcomes. I kind of stumbled into the realization that AI is super powerful on top of call transcripts, and was inspired to look into Zoom to see if not ever having to take notes on a call again would be worth something in the equity markets.
