Oracle is backing off from cash burning. Will more companies follow?

What we've seen so far: Both MSFT and GOOGL are spending less on CapEx than expected. META also guided $145B CapEx but only spent $80B so far. There is no way they will spent $65B in Q4. These are giant companies, but the most important news today IMO is Oracle saying they will stop burning cash soon and hope what they have spent will be cash sustainable in 2028. While Oracle is not a trillion dollar company, it is the single largest spender in the AI buildout so far with hundreds of billions of debt. If big players like Oracle is concerned about cash, then what about 10x leveraged cash burning machines like Coreweave? Or other "neocloud" companies whose only business is burning cash? -Question-156
