I lump sum my annual Roth IRA contributions, but like to DCA the investment purchases. What's the highest yielding no-risk etf for keeping the cash in the Roth IRA until it's invested in my core holdings? I prefer ETFs over mutual funds because I want to sell and buy immediately, rather than waiting for a mutual fund to execute at end of day. I'm seeing BOXX at ~4% yield, but ironically the tax benefits are lost because it's a Roth account. Anything higher than 4% with no downside risk? Does JPST or NEAR have too much risk?
