A friend of mine has approached me multiple times about investing in PAXSAGEFUND, PAXSAGE INTERCONTINENTAL FUND LTD. Basic due diligence says it’s located in the Cayman Islands and they only have accredited investors so I haven’t been able to find SEC filings. I’m skeptical because a friend of my friend has now reached out saying that a friend of his reached out to bring him into the investment group and now I feel like this is an MLM. Worried for him. Reportedly making 20-30% return per month
