I know they had their issues and a very rough drop, but considering pretty much all tech (bar meta, lol) is rebounding and recovering some losses today, IBM is still going down, albeit slowly, any ideas why it isn't? Is it simply as they are too detached from AI, and Quantum is still speculative so market is still cautious? Lets hope this rebound holds, I went 40% down in like 1 weeks (from 20% up down to -20%). -Jeweler3169
