Offered 25x MRR to sell my mobile apps. Take the cash and go into AI/robotics stocks?

I built and grew a small portfolio of mobile apps over the past few years (some of that journey is in my post history). It wasn't easy, and I'm attached to them. But I just got an offer to sell for ~25x revenue, around $520k. That multiple feels rich for app revenue, and part of me wants to take it and redeploy into public equities, mostly the AI and robotics names I think have a long runway ahead.
