So I'm in a pretty sweet spot right now I'm living with my sister right now and paying $600 for rent, I'm 42 and have no savings(sad I know) but I'll going to start getting a lot of overtime and will have about $3,000 a month to invest. Which stocks or ETF'S, or maybe franchises or whatever I can do to have a semi decent retirement maybe.
