CNBC keeps saying "you can now earn 5% with little or no risk" but every ETF I look at has lost significant value this year. I understand WHY these funds lose value, but I'm trying to understand WHY anyone would knowingly choose a fund like this. And how or where do you find this magical 5% with little or no risk?
