Julie Sweet, Accenture's chair and CEO, bought 12,200 shares on the open market on October 26 at about $246, roughly $3.0M. A director, Paula Price, bought another $200K the same day. It's her only open-market purchase in the filings since February 2025. Over that stretch she sold about $14M, at prices from $394 down to $241. The buy raised her direct stake by about a third, to 48,910 shares. The stock closed Wednesday at $264.27, up from $183.37 at the end of September, and trades at about 18x forward earnings. A CEO buying after almost two years of selling: a signal, or a message? No position.
