Banks Add Rare Lender Protection to Nestle Water Debt Deal

A group of banks led by Bank of America Corp. and Deutsche Bank AG offered a rare concession to help get a €2.8 billion ($3.2 billion) financing deal for Platinum Equity’s acquisition of a stake in Nestle SA’s water business across the line.
