Disregarding E-Trade, Does Morgan Stanley offer self directed investing accounts?

I’m potentially interested in opening up a Morgan Stanley CashPlus Account and a Morgan Stanley brokerage account. To open a CashPlus account, you need to already be a Morgan Stanley client. How does one become a client, and what accounts are offered? Are self directed accounts offered at all at Morgan Stanley? Their website seems very confusing or at least very secret on things.
