Not Nvidia. Not Micron. This Little-Known Chip Stock Is the AI Boom's Best-Kept Secret.

Everyone knows that GPUs are a strong investment because they make an artificial intelligence (AI) data center run, and most investors are now figuring out that memory matters too. What fewer people think about is the cable. Thousands of accelerators in a single building only work if the data between them arrives clean, fast, and without a single dropped link, and the company that has become the reference name for that job is not Nvidia or Micron Technology. It is Credo Technology Group (NASDAQ: CRDO), a connectivity chip designer whose stock has more than tripled in three years and still gets a fraction of the attention its customers give it. Credo's signature product is something called an active electrical cable, or AEC. It looks like a thick copper cable, but it has Credo's chips built into each end to clean up the signal, allowing hyperscalers to connect servers and switches at 800 gigabits per second over copper instead of paying for power-hungry optical transceivers.
