A couple weeks ago, I received some hype from a financial newsletter I follow about the NatGold launch on Kraken. I created an account, verified it, and deposited my funds in anticipation of a launch. The launch never happened and no information was given as to why. I want to withdraw my funds, not needing them on the exchange anymore, and the withdrawal simply didn’t happen. I forget the exact timeline, but I contacted Support after a week or two, and then my account was inexplicably canceled.
