First it took forever to figure out how to get my cash off of crypto.com because it wasn't accepting bank accounts. Had to add my middle name on my bank for it be accepted by crypto. Haven't had to do that anywhere else (coinbase, etc). I ordered the card because I thought that was the only way to get my money off of this app. I followed the instructions on their website to no avail. I'm so glad I only put 10 dollars on it (minus the 4.99 activation fee, ugh). AI customer servce AI is no help. J
