I want to withdraw some crypto ideally today, but I dont have an SSN. Whats the fastest way I can get to my money?

Self explanitory, I have about 200 dollars in crypto in my phantom wallet and I have no idea how to get them out fast without an SSN (I am an international student). I tried Bisq but it seems really inactive, there are no crypto exchanges or atms near me. Can anyone help me please?
