ETF Vanguard Growth supera concorrente de small-cap em cinco anos

Vanguard Morningstar Growth ETF (NYSEMKT:VUG) provides low-cost exposure to mega-cap technology leaders, while Vanguard Morningstar Small-Cap Growth ETF (NYSEMKT:VBK) targets smaller, emerging companies, with a more diversified portfolio and slightly lower performance over the last five years. Both ETFs offer targeted exposure to the growth factor but operate at opposite ends of the market-capitalization spectrum. While the large-cap fund tracks established market leaders, the small-cap fund captures a more fragmented universe of younger companies with different risk profiles and sector weights. Beta measures price volatility relative to the S&P 500; beta is calculated from monthly returns over the available fund history (up to five years). The 1-year return represents total return over the trailing 12 months. Dividend yield is the trailing-12-month distribution yield.
