What’s currently the cheapest way to cash out USDC to EUR via SEPA in Europe?

I’m based in Germany and I’m looking for the lowest-cost way to convert USDC (or USDT) into EUR and withdraw it via SEPA. My priority is the lowest total effective cost (trading fees + spreads + withdrawal fees), not necessarily the simplest workflow. What setup do you currently use? Kraken Pro? Monerium? ARQ? Coinbase?
