Help without judgment pls need USDT in Binance

I can’t do it !!!!! AI can’t either lol. I have TRX deposited in my Binance app but I can’t convert it to USDT. I’m in Ukraine. Where am I going wrong? Binance is supposed to accommodate USDT.
