I've seen some people recommending Fundrise as a real estate investment. What would you say are the advantages of this over simply buying a REIT or real estate CEF? It seems to me that buying a fund offers more flexibility and you can also find funds that offer higher yields. But I am only familiar with funds and have not yet tried investing through Fundrise, so would like to hear from people who have regarding the pros and cons. link com
