Normal rental rates for these GPU's at 70% utilization would make >$9k/year, *if the demand is there*. Coreweave has claimed their A100's are booked out through 2029 already, meaning someone is arguably leaving *a lot* of money on the table here if demand is actually as advertised. Feels sus to me.
