The market is made up. The points don't matter. The market must go up. No matter what. If it goes down substantially, it must recover in a timely manner. If not, the world as we know it ceases to exist. And that money is worthless anyway. Point being, the trick to investing is to keep investing. Keep buying. In good times. In bad times. Don't forget to take profit. But never try and time the market. You will always do good over time. link
