Long story short, new company pays a pathetic match, thats not worth even bothering with. They also do the same payout like my last company where yearly match is not deposited unless you are with company on final day of each year. (Learned my lesson, and lost entire match for 2026) So heres where Im at. I have 4 separate Roth 401Ks, that are all 100% in whatever equivalent to VOO/S&P 500. Personally in my roth 401K, i have a few individual stocks but not enough to matter. And I have a decent chunk of SCHD, SVOL, JEPI/Q, Divo. Should i just continue on the easy path of the safe VOO, VTI , VXUS, VTSAX route. Or have a different strategy since im already heavily non diverse in my other 401Ks. They were also significantly cheaper than what VOO and the like are. Any suggestions would be helpful.
